Body Conditioning: Informed by the latest findings in exercise science and functional exercises. Instructors focus on strengthening & fine-tuning major muscle groups. This cutting-edge workout makes use of various equipment.
Brazilian Booty Camp: Hottest strength & conditioning workout north of the equator incorporating cardio core & using special movements to shape your Brazilian Booty. Cardio Core: 30 minutes of cycling and 30 minutes of exercising HIIT: High Intensity Intervals Training - 60 seconds on, 20 seconds rest, combination of resistance and cardio |
Performance Cycling: We have combined an hour of SPIN with sections of on-the-bike/off-the-bike with weight training. Strength training while getting your cardio fix. Light weight and quick reps create a challenge for every fitness level.
Real Ride: A simulated outdoor ride with visuals, hills,and valleys. Sculpt: 30 minutes tone and spin ride combination with 15 minutes of body sculpting off the bike. Come lengthen and strengthen muscles, build core stability, tone biceps and triceps, and improve cardiovascular health - a unique type of exercise. |
